At Glory Walls, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Since all our products are custom-printed based on customer-approved designs, we follow a strict and transparent Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted in specific situations where the issue is caused by our error. You may request a return if the product you received is damaged, defective, incorrect in print, color, size, or design due to our mistake, or if the item delivered is completely different from what you ordered. Please note that custom-printed products are not eligible for return or refund if the mistake occurred due to incorrect details provided by the customer, such as wrong size selection, incorrect color choice, or wrong design submission.
Timeframe for Return Requests
Customers must report any issue within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. To process your request efficiently, you are required to provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Any requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered eligible for return or replacement.
Return Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our team, you will be required to ship the faulty or incorrect product back to us. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with sending a correct and defect-free replacement product. The replacement process will only begin after verification of the returned item.
Shipping Cost Responsibility
For valid return cases such as damaged, defective, or incorrect products, the shipping cost is shared between the customer and Glory Walls. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges when sending the product back to us, while we will cover the shipping cost for delivering the replacement product. In cases where the customer has made an error, such as selecting the wrong size, color, or design, the customer will be responsible for bearing the full shipping cost for both returning and receiving the product.
Replacement Policy
We provide replacements for all valid return cases instead of refunds. A replacement will only be issued after we receive and verify the returned product. In situations where the requested product or size is unavailable, we will offer the closest possible alternative, which will only be processed after receiving customer approval.
Refund Policy
As all products are custom-made, we generally do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are only considered in rare situations where a replacement is not possible due to stock limitations or if we are unable to fulfill the order due to operational reasons. In such cases, if approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances. These include products that have been used or washed, items without original packaging, products damaged due to customer handling, and custom-printed items where the design has been accurately produced according to the customer’s submitted artwork. Additionally, any complaints reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including size, color, design, and artwork details. It is important to carefully review the design preview before confirming the order. Customers must also provide correct shipping details and inspect the product immediately upon delivery to ensure it meets expectations.
